About this Weekend Position

What you’ll do:

  • Help residents enjoy life by supervising, training and coordinating the 40 Food Service Aides, in this seniors facility
  • Guide, mentor and inspire a large team of Hospitality staff to be their best, personally and professionally
  • Role model proper table service and safe food handling procedures by working along side the Food Servers
  • Assists in the interviewing, scheduling, payroll and performance management for Food Servers

What you’ll need:

  • Must have 3+ years experience in a leadership role, ideally within the continuing care or seniors health sector
  • Previous experience in training on table service, safe food handling and sanitation practices
  • Excellent English language skills both orally and in writing, as well as the ability to manage conflict
  • High energy, team player; promotes a positive work environment built on trust and respect
