As a wealth management senior advisor, you help serve, solicit, and develop and maintain personalized business relationships with mass-affluent and high-net-worth Signature Service members and clients.

You work closely with the wealth management senior advisor, serving as a partner in maintaining business relationships with members and clients as well as relationships with expert partners and colleagues. Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills are therefore essential.

As part of the comprehensive 360° offering, you advise and guide members and clients on matters including securities that align with the plan established to achieve their financial and personal objectives.

You make recommendations to achieve their full satisfaction and ensure business growth, sound risk and compliance management, and adherence to current practices and policies, leveraging your ability to achieve results.

You offer best-in-class support to members and clients by being in charge of the implementation and monitoring of investment and financial plan strategies.

You carry out business development initiatives related to investing.

Your close, regular contact with members and clients and their associates helps you carry out business development activities for the 360° offering.

Main Responsabilities
  • Drum up new business and develop the full potential of existing members and clients.
  • Set goals and advise members and clients on the best strategies.
  • Develop a comprehensive 360° offering based on member and client needs.
  • Actively contribute to meeting sales objectives by developing action plans based on the business plan.
  • Monitor stock market movements and trends likely to influence investments.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and best practices in your field.
  • Play an active role in promotional and public relations activities and maintain a presence in the business community.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of six year of relevant experience
