We are a growing, 5 location dealership in both BC and Alberta. Looking for top performers to add to our team in our Vancouver location.

The Vehicle Logistics Coordinatoris a professional and organized individual responsible for reporting, analyzing, and processing logistical needs and helping to manage vehicle inventory and organize customer deliveries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding and experience in the automotive industry or an inventory management and logistics background.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices, manuals, keys, stock numbers, insurance registration, and vehicle pouches for documentation processing
• Label vehicles with correct tags and enter information in the vehicle log for delivery status and inventory purposes
• Check vehicles for damage and complete documents to facilitate repairs and service
• Coordinate pre-delivery inspection
• Coordinate demo cars program
• Collaborate with delivery companies, insurance companies, and other stakeholders

Skills & Requirements

• 1-2 years of working in logistics and inventory management
• Automotive industry experience is an asset
• Post-secondary is an asset
• Strong proficiency and experience using the Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Organizational and logistics skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Problem-solving and data analysis skills

Logistical Requirements

This is a full-time position (8-hour shift) available at our location. The core business hours are Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 6 PM. We offer flexibility in choosing an ideal start time to accommodate your personal needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
