About this position:

Reporting to the Controller, the Treasury Managerwill be a business builder and scaler who will actively manage the company’s billing, customer funds, and disbursements on customers’ behalf. The ideal candidate will have experience in multi-entity companies with international presence and multiple banking platforms, as well as a proven track record of success in private equity & public company environments. The Treasury Managerwill work closely with the accounting team and business operations to ensure the financial success and efficient growth of the company.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own month-end procedures related to other liabilities and restricted cash
  • Own accounting G/L reconciliations for other liability and restricted cash accounts
  • Work with auditors to ensure financial audit of related other liabilities and restricted cash accounts is completed
  • Monitor and report to FP&A and customer team in relation to restricted cash balances, inflows, outflows and other movements
  • Advanced EXCEL skills and comfortable handling larger data sets from multiple sources
  • Collaborate directly with systems engineering, data and customer service teams to create new reports and amend existing reports to streamline processes
  • Collaborate with systems and data team on new system implementations and integrations with the current accounting environment
  • Assist customer service team managers to resolve discrepancies in balances and ad-hoc issues as they arise

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
  • Experience in performing accounting reconciliations and working with auditors.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive treasury and/or GL accounting experience.
  • Experience managing teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with other departments and teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • An individual with a preference to automate.
  • Netsuite experience preferred.
  • Experience with PayPal and Stripe in a corporate environment preferred.
