How your role will add to the story:
We’re looking for a Transportation Coordinator. You will be expected to be the primary coordinator of courtesy vehicles for service customers. You’ll also contribute to the operational efficiency of the service department and to positive CSI results by professionally managing the fleet of courtesy vehicles and loaner programs, contributing to an overall experience that exceeds expectations. You will report directly to the Service Manager, and will also have the opportunity to work with all dealership staff.
A day in the life:

• On most days you’ll coordinate service courtesy vehicles and valets with service customers by scheduling loaner appointments, maintain fleet vehicles; clean, refuel, check fluid levels, tire pressure and inspect for damage.
• Some days you’ll provide reports to the Accounting department and assist Service Advisors and Car Jockeys.
• Perform general duties as needed ie relocating tires, scanning documents, checking in service vehicles etc

Mercedes-Benz Fan skills, requirements & traits:

• Post-secondary diploma/degree or equivalent experience
• Valid G Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record
• A minimum of 1 year experience in an automotive retail environment
• Exceptional customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
• Bold, innovative and enjoy challenging yourself
• Honest and professional , a strong team player
• Big picture thinker, go-getter, self-starter
