Systems Analyst – Tier 1

We currently have an opening for a talented individual to join our Data & Security (D&S) team in the role of Systems Analyst - Tier 1.

The System Analyst - Tier 1 position is responsible for service and delivery of technical solutions directly to our Managed Services client base. This consists of troubleshooting hardware and software issues while researching, routing, and escalating issues in a timely fashion. This role will include a heavy focus on deskside support and workstation deployment.

This position works closely with other Managed Services engineers to meet pre-defined client service levels. The successful applicant will be proficient at managing simultaneous assignments of varying scope and priority while ensuring that world-class customer satisfaction is maintained. The successful applicant will have a background in several technical competencies along with a commitment to client satisfaction and team spirit.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience in an IT support capacity
• Must have experience supporting Windows operating systems
• High level of skill working with Microsoft Office suites
• A knowledge of networks and associated protocols
• Experience with workstation deployment and deskside support is an asset
• Certifications such as MCITP/CompTIA A+ is an asset
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Proven history of excellence in customer service
• Knowledge of ITIL is an asset
