So, What will I be doing?

You will be the manager of first impressions, getting them so excited to see our sales team which includes: capturing all interested clients by phone, walkin and online. You will be able to build trust, suggest products, and designs that best meet the needs for them and their families and booking them into a in home consultation.

• Answer phones, capture leads and book in home consultations
• See customers in our showroom to give them tours,
• Use a variety of the newest technologies to communicate with your team and clients through crm system, apps and displays
• Work independently while following a set of proven processes that will set you up for success
• Maintain and submit accurate records and paperwork on a daily basis
• Communicate with team and clients to develop and maintain effective rapport and leave our customers happier than when you arrived
• Build the business through canvassing, recommending complimentary products, asking for reviews, and referrals
• Making sure our customers feel like they are family!

• You are a firecracker when you meet new people and can build rapport quickly with just about anyone - even the awkwards

• You are constantly honing your craft; you have goals and you believe you will achieve them
• The thought of a client investing $5000-25,000 in window coverings seems reasonable and exciting!
• You love design, beautiful environments and people!
• You are always looking at ideas for inspiration in design and how you can apply it to a home
• You thrive in a face paced environment: Perhaps, I relate this to a restaurant server. A server may have a section of 15 tables to serve, food is coming out hot and you’re ready to serve them all, have great conversations and collect a great cheque at the end!
