We are looking for a Fabricator to join our team. This position will be responsible for Stone fabricator/installers needed for granite/marble/quartz/porcelain company. Duties include cutting and fabricating countertops, vanities, fireplace etc., polishing and installation. Experience preferred however we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and fabricate parts to customer specifications
• Perform quality control checks
• Prepare drawings for engineers to submit to customers
• Follow up on job progress and quality issues.
• Other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills, good written and verbal communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, good time management skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, schematics, etc.
• Ability to use hand tools (drills) and basic machinery (drill).
• Solid foundation in mechanical or electrical engineering or other related fields.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week

Salary: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Experience:

• fabricating mitered (45 degree) edging (required)

• Night Shift (preferred)
