Reporting to the Operations General Foreman, the Smelter Shift Supervisor is accountable for the supervision of production employees and maintenance personnel so that budgetary targets are met or exceeded regarding safety and health, production, metallurgical and quality performance and environmental compliance.

This position requires a minimum of 5 years of Supervisory experience in an industrial setting. The incumbent must possess excellent leadership abilities and communication skills as well as process troubleshooting skills with the ability to manage a variety of functions simultaneously.
