Description

As Site Project Engineer, you will play an active role in our construction team. Reporting to the Construction Site Representative, the Site Project Engineer’s main responsibilities are to review and coordine construction information to ensure adherence to specifications, codes, and contract documents.
  • Meet with field crews to review construction schedule and confirm all materials, equipment and resources are readily available for construction to continue on schedule and within budget.
  • Identifies risk elements of construction, materials, equipment or processes that could negatively impact the budget or schedule.
  • Reviews and coordinates construction information to ensure adherence to specifications, codes, and contract documents.
  • Ensures project compliance by reviewing and understanding all shop drawings, design specifications, material requirements, and project data throughout the duration of the project.
  • Technical liaison between the client and various internal departments for project work plan and scheduling.
  • Tracks project performance through daily reporting, schedule, and budget support.
  • Provides updates to the project schedule as needed for company and client reporting.
  • Communicates problems to supervisor and works with engineering, project coordinators and project managers on an as needed basis.
  • Assists on all aspects of project construction as needed and directed.
  • Assists the Site Representative and communicates with the General Contractor as needed.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in the construction industry.

Minimum Of 1 Year Of Construction Experience.
