We are looking for a Shop Helperto help us build world-class manure spreaders, forage trailers, bedding throwers, and other related agriculture and custom products.

Successful applicants will join our Assembly department, in a safe, modern, clean and well-lit shop.

There are currently open positions for:

Day shift (Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm) and

Afternoon shift (Monday to Thursday, 2:30pm - 1:00am, with shift a 2.00 Shift Differential).

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Keeping Shop Clean
• Moving Product around shop as needed
• Taking out garbage and cardboard
• Paint touchups
• Some small assembly work

REQUIREMENTS:

• Punctuality and reliability are essential
• Must be willing to commute to Mission, BC
• Forklift operations (we can train if needed)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; climb ladders.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 to 50 lbs.
• Occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to kneel, bend, squat, push, pull, and reach above and below the waist.

IMPORTANT: The industrial park where our shop is located is completely off public transportation access.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
