We are currently seeking an SAP Plant Maintenance - Senior Manager to join our team to grow the SAP Service Management / Plant Maintenance functional capability within the EY Canada SAP Practice, whilst taking on a lead role in current engagements, with local and international clients. Being a member of our Advisory team means you will specialize in a particular competency - Risk, Performance Improvement, or IT Risk & Assurance. Our Performance Improvement team is focused on helping clients improve operational efficiency and security, while also reducing costs and managing risk

We help clients by delivering assessment, transformation and process efficiency solutions in specialty areas like finance, supply chain, IT Advisory, customer, people and organization change, strategic direction, and program management. To address the shifting landscape of our clients’ needs, EY has established a national Center of Excellence focusing in the broad topics of Enterprise Intelligence, Risk Transformation, IT Risk, and Enabling Technologies. Enabling Technologies primarily focuses on the design and optimization of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) packages like SAP, Oracle, and others. Our team typically works with Fortune 1000 clients across a variety of industries including, Manufacturing, Pharma, Energy/Utilities, Transportation, Telecommunications, Entertainment/Media, Oil/Gas and Consumer Goods/Retail.

Your key responsibilities

As a Senior Manager - SAP Plant Maintenance/EAM you will identify opportunities with both new and existing clients, where EY can bring value to bear through the adoption of these solutions. These are shared with all EY market facing organizations to provide consistency and common platforms with which to go to market. A willingness to travel to meet client needs is required.

Project Management: Participated in large scale SAP client engagements. Consistently deliver quality client services, driving high-quality work products within the expected timeframes and on budget. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Manage expectations of client service delivery. Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client’s business. Should be a self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should be comfortable interfacing with a client on a daily basis. This role requires daily interaction with the client at many levels.

To qualify for the rolerole, you must have

• Functional proficiency with at least 5+ full lifecycle SAP implementations and 12+ years of industry and/or consulting experience in the SAP space..
• At least 8+ years of SAP experience implementing SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), uUnderstand client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications and configure the system accordingly.
• Familiar with Configuration of entire master data, Serial number, BOM, Maintenance Task list, Measuring point, counters, PM work centers, and Maintenance plans.
• Responsible for planning and executing SAP Implementation / Development / Support activitiesOptimization regard toregarding SAP – Plant Maintenance and comfortable with leading fFunctional teams within his/her area of expertise.
• Detailed knowledge of the SAP Plant maintenance master data, mMaintenance notifications, mMaintenance orders and preventive mMaintenance, maintenance scheduling, Calibration process, rRefurbishment pProcess., Work Clearance Management.
• Ability to configure SAP PM and deliver work products / packages conforming to the cClient’s sStandards & rRequirements.
• Hands on experience on SAP PM production support and Functional Testing, Test strategy and leading Test execution.
• Strong SAP EAM and PM knowledge and experience as well as integrations with other modules - Finance, Supply Chain, EHS, WCM..
• Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA Asset Management and SAP Intelligent Asset Management - SAP AIN, SAP ASPM, SAP PAI..
• Knowledge of SAP Field Service Management functionality in S/4 HANA nice to have.
• Experienced in creating proposals and RFP responses for clients.
• Definition of business requirements for SAP Service Management and Plant Maintenance.
• Configuration of SAP Service Management and Plant Maintenance functionality in S/4 HANA.
• Knowledgeable of the integration points between SM, PM and other SAP functional areas such as Finance / Sales.
• Functional Designs for any new WRICEFs / customisations which may be required for SM / PM, including integration with non-SAP systems.
• Oversight of Technical Designs for any new WRICEFs / customisations which may be required for SM / PM, including integration with non-SAP systems, as required.
• Data Migration strategy and leading Data Migration execution, Deployment planning and Post Go-Live Support.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Prior consulting experience and a demonstrated history of driving revenue within existing clients and in developing new prospects at the "C" level of Fortune 500 companies.
