Robert Half is recruiting now for an experienced Manager Customer Operations for our Calgary Client. As the successful Candidate you will be accountable for meeting the needs of the business environment by prioritizing the adoption of automation and technology for the overall corporate system and processes to ensure strategic alignment. You have solid experience in driving change within a fast-growing SaaS environment, strong knowledge of IT governance, standards, and implementation and possess excellent ability in leadership to empower teams through training and coaching to achieve business goals. This role is based in Calgary, AB.

Requirements

MUST HAVES:
  • 5 + years proven working success in an IT Management/Leadership position with broad experience in customer service/support for a software company
  • Proficient working experience in being a strategic leader of teams within a global workforce, proven success in the mentorship and coaching of people, to lead and inspire them to do their best work every day
  • Proactive and takes initiative. Thinks creatively, can operationalize processes for efficiency and scale with the ability to meet short- and long-term goals
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Salesforce
  • Demonstrated strength to implement and foster user adoption, ability to scale support operation to an enterprise-level
  • Solid knowledge and experience driving business requirements and scalability of a call center
  • Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with strong verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical people
  • A Degree or Diploma in related field from a recognized post-secondary institute is required
