We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to support our business growth in Toronto. This is a full-time position.

The Senior Finance Manager is responsible for driving value by providing financial and data analyst support across OTT to ensure that key drivers of the business are quantified and well understood, the right business decisions are made among competing options, and that capital is being deployed as efficiently as possible.

How you will contribute:

• Finance planning and analysis, including but not limited to leading monthly/quarterly financial and KPI forecast cycle such as volumes, revenue, spreads, fees, expenses, and losses for all various projects.
• Managing company financial statements for various legal entities and facilitating external audit process and information requests.
• Providing monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with the generally accepted accounting principles.
• Analyzing and reporting on financial and operational results, as well as supporting any special projects.
• Supporting the management of overall program and project budget.
• Developing and maintaining deep relationships with key business partners and other stakeholders across the business.

What you bring to the table:

• University Degree/College Diploma in Business/Finance/Economics, combined with a CPA/CFA preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years in Finance and/or Data Analytics roles with experience in fast paced environments, experience in the accounting firms would be an asset.
• Experience in strategic planning
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to identify key trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Strong communication skills and people management skills.
