Senior Associate Lawyer (Solicitor)

I am actively recruiting for highly motivated and entrepreneurial lawyers for a prominent Fort McMurray law firm. The ideal candidate for this position has both the required background and a drive to develop a practice.

Features of the firm:

• Strong presence in the Fort McMurray market
• Abundance of work: Chance to grow book of business
• Opportunities for growth: Partner track as part of a succession plan
• Strong base salary along plus profit sharing (commission)

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of practicing law as a Solicitor or Barrister & Solicitor
• Active in and in good standing with the Alberta bar
• Relevant law degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Desire and ability to generate business
• Background in corporate law, real estate, and wills & estates
