In turn, we offer an award-winning environment that fosters a people-first culture with a high priority on your personal and professional growth.Your opportunityOur St. John’s, NL office is looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant to join the team and own the following responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to a group of local Partners including all incoming and outgoing communications, as well as calendar management and act as the gatekeeper for all external and internal contacts
- Office facilities management
- Plan and organize external events such as fundraisers, conferences and real estate events
- Ensure all documents and deliverables are properly edited prior to being sent to clients
- Provide coverage for other support staff during vacations, illness and other absenteeism as requested by the Admin manager
- Photocopy, and file important documents, such as reports, meeting notes, emails and letters, assist with client mailouts and other general admin and clerical duties as required
- Serve as point of contact for clients to address issues related to billing and document travel

- You identify, recommend, and are focused on effective service delivery to your clients

- You grow your expertise through learning and professional development.
- You have 3+ years of working experience in an administrative or similar role
- You have an Office Administration diploma or other relevant education an asset
- Prior working experience at a professional services firm an asset
- You have thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office computer programs (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- You have the ability to prioritize workload and the flexibility to manage multiple tasks
- You have the ability to work in a deadline-driven work setting and deal with confidential information
- You have strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills both written and oral
- You value teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work
