Bee Clean Building Maintenance is looking for a Senior Accounting Clerk in our Winnipeg Office. We are 100% Canadian owned and operated and Canada’s largest janitorial service provider.

Duties:

• Preparation of the year end working paper
• Completing monthly financial statements
• Analysis of numerous accounts
• Remittances of employee deductions
• Remittances of sales tax and GST payments
• Offering support and assistance to the Controller as needed

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of similar experience
• Currently enrolled, or have completed an accounting program
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of detail and accuracy
• Able to meet tight deadlines
• Strong organizational skills, with the proven ability to prioritize and multitask
