- I ensure process compliance by supporting employees

- Processes related to the e-commerce platform
- Margin and inventory processes related to procurement activities
- Payroll process
- Cashing-in process
- Supervise daily transactions, including accounts receivable/payable, bank and ledger reconciliations
- Participate in regular tax audits and payroll management
- Prepare budget reports
- Manage month-end and year-end closing
- Track financial and accounting objectives’ progress
- Establish accounting policies and procedures corresponding to the company’s objectives
- Accompany leaders to make them autonomous and responsible
- Profitability and task productivity: Ratio of manual tasks to automatic and/or delegated tasks
- Quality of financial analysis
- Quality of financial information
- Meeting deadlines
- 2 years of experience in accounting.

- Having experience and knowledge in accounting
- Being bilingual (The person must be available to communicate with our Québec team and also the rest of Canada)
- Having knowledge of Excel and Google Sheet
