Who you are
You are a Salesforce admin/developer with some experience in developing websites, and implementing unique architectures, and developing custom solutions. You thrive in the IT space and have a keen interest in adopting cutting-edge technologies to business needs.
About the Role
- Translate business requirements to Field Service Lightning (FSL) technical specifications
- Steer design, planning, implementation, and maintenance of FSL customizations such as custom fields, objects, layouts, flows, validation rules
- Set and adapt configurations in Salesforce including user management, custom object, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, etc.
- Develop and contribute to data migration and/or system integration strategy
- Support the day-to-day IT admin user needs of our organization in Salesforce
- Oversee content management systems
- Liaise with developers to ensure efficient code in Apex, Visual Force, Lightning on the Force.com platform, and JavaScript
- Develop and support integration processes using Salesforce.com’s Web Services API and third-party integration tools
- Manage multiple Salesforce Orgs and oversee moving from Sandbox to Production
- Proved technical oversight to data migration and transformation activities
- Help develop, test, and deploy fixes, configuration changes, and custom solutions into production
- Develop and maintain training materials and programs for all users
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient development and implementation of fixes, new features, and capabilities
- Be an integral part of the Aspen Clean Team
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or significant experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
- Salesforce Administration Certification
- Experience in Salesforce FSL including Scheduling, Optimization, Dispatcher Console, Field Service Mobile preferred
- Good appreciation for, and understanding of good web design
- Some development experience in Java, .NET, Ruby on Rails, or other object-oriented languages through personal or work experience
- HTML, JavaScript, CSS, web development experience is a strong asset
- Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL
- Ability to effectively communicate technical issues in laymen’s terms
- Eager and willing to learn all facets of the business
