Staffmax is currently assisting our client seeking an Inside/Outside Sales Manager for their growing company. This is a new role.

• Top producer of Agricultural and mining industry metal fabricated/metal forming products
  

Pay And Important Stuff

• $50,000-85,000
• bonus/commission
• Travel to USA and Canada once trained (very little)
• Strong potential to move into a hybrid GM/sales role
• Excellent coffee machine free
• Leave early on Fridays
  

Requirements

• B2B sales
• Customer care and follow up
• Ability to take on some General Manager duties once trained
• Manage the "production plant" as needed to ensure quality and custom product is being completed on time
• Ability to drive sales through cold calling, referrals and metal industry book of business (fabrication)
• Background in sourcing metal an asset
