We have an opening in our Leasing Divison for a highly organized and self-motivated Sales & Leasing Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for going above and beyond for your customers. Our Leasing Division is rapidly growing and hasn’t been slowed down by COVID-19. The Job:


With training and support, you will show customers why Bruce Leasing is the best in the business. Our Fleet & Leasing Consultants are relationship-builders and experience-makers within the Bruce family.


The responsibilities are categorized into 3 core functions:


  • Prospecting for new business by continually networking, growing a circle of influence, maintaining the inventory and using social media and other marketing channels to make yourself known.
  • Selling vehicles by following our established sales process, staying up-to-date on product knowledge, building trust and rapport with customers, completing demo drives, presenting payment options and endorsing accessories and protection packages.
  • Documenting by gathering customers’ information, updating leads and appointments in the CRM, setting up a follow-up schedule for each customer, and effectively communicating with everyone else involved with the sale.

To be successful in this role, you are a self-starter, driven and persistent. You possess strong customer service skills and can easily strike up a conversation with anyone. You hold confidence and enjoy every challenge that comes your way. You thrive in a fast-paced environment; love to exceed your goals. You have a valid driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract.
