Job Description

We are looking for a high-energy and driven Sales Change Coach with B2B or B2C sales experience in the technology space. They will be responsible for assessing, recommending, and implementing projects that will increase sales productivity, colleague satisfaction and customer net promoter. The Sales Change Coach must understand the business community, the project demands and the capability of the business to absorb changes. A key project that this person will be leading on is the Perform Plus sales program.

Key Responsibilities Key Accountabilities And Decision Ownership
  • Partner with key stakeholders across the business to develop and implement projects that will provide the tools, assets, resources, and training to the sales team in order to improve efficiency and success.
  • This role will evaluate current programs, implementing and experimenting with new programs, developing playbooks for better sales productivity that will drive improve customer retention and high conversions for sales
  • Coach Team managers; hold daily coaching and feedback sessions with team managers and team members designed to develop capability which returns an improvement in performance
  • Undertake discovery and diagnostic activity; understand drivers for the program - extract metrics from leadership’s vision and apply to the delivery population via Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Track benefits; daily, weekly and monthly views of colleague performance across multiple teams and departments which will be compared against one another and the baseline. Conducted with fellow coaches to add rigour and impartiality and facilitated by reviewing data on Perform Plus;
  • Responsible for making sure that progress is measured; with team managers and team members identify problems and blockers and put in place systems to bring about solutions
Must Have

Skills, know-how and experience:
  • 2+ years in sales management with experience launching sales enablement programs in a high volume business.
  • 1+ years experience leading mid-sized projects, defining project scope, timeline, costs and risking including building business cases and other analytic assessments
  • Exceptional communicator, well versed in communication to individual sales teams through senior leadership
  • Experience in using sales and customer relationship management tools such as Salesforce
  • Strong presentation and project management skills
  • Team player that excel in a fast-paced working environment
Preferred
  • French speaking
Technical / Professional Qualifications
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint & Microsoft Excel
