Job Summary:
Welcome all customers with warmth and enthusiasm, using professional sales techniques. Provide quality customer service at all times, with a prompt, courteous welcome and solid professional advice.

Key Competencies:- Strong sales ability
- Technical Knowledge of hardgoods and keeping abreast with market trends
- Good listening skills
- Neat, well-groomed appearance
- Ability to optimize sales
Main Responsibilities are:
- Greet all customers
- Analyze the needs of customers, present the merchandise and close the sale
- Be aware of products that are on promotion
- Respond to customer objections candidly and with confidence
- Sell additional merchandise by promoting related products
Qualifications:
- Experience in retail environment an asset
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
