Mongolian Village Grill in Bells Corner is looking to hire Full & Part-time Server/Bartenders for long-term employment!

• A super busy locally owned and operated restaurant since 1998!We are looking to grow ’Our’ Serving Team!
• We offer competitive wages, store discount and flexible schedules with Full-time or Part-time opportunities
• Salary: $14 -$16 per hour + tips

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 8 months of serving/bartending experience in a restaurant
• Be knowledgeable of all food and beverage items to make recommendations
• Table service for guests (taking orders, answering menu and beverage inquiries, explaining daily specials, placing orders with kitchen)
• Be aware of any special requests, inclusive of guest allergies
• Prepare classic cocktails, wines & spirits beverages
• Processing bills and taking payment
• Complete opening, closing and side-duties efficiently and safely

Qualifications:

• Great with time management and multi-tasking
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision and have a strong initiative

Part & Full-time hours: 15-40 per week

Salary: $14.00-$16.00 per hour
