About The Role

We’re looking for a Accounting Service Reprsentative to join our growing team!

As an Accounting Service Reprsentative, under the supervision of the Accounting Service Manager assisted by the Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with different teams and demonstrate your competence in carrying out different activities.

Workplace: Montreal (2020 Robert-Bourassa), St-Hyacinthe (2450 Girouard) or St John’s, (10 Factory Lane)

What You’ll Do Here

• Analyze and monitor accounts payables requests
• Resolve issues related to account payables
• Rigorous monitoring of non-compliance items in a timely manner as per the process in place.
• Respond to various requests from our internal customers.
• Ensure that the Intact policies are followed according to the rules established
• Perform certain clerical tasks
• Participate in the improvement of our processes and the updating of our procedures
  

Qualifications

What you bring to the table:

• Diploma of college or professional studies
• A minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience;
• Knowledge of ERP systems - Oracle (an asset);
• Intermediate knowledge of the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Motivated and willing to learn and find creative solutions.
• Great sense of organization and the ability to multitask while prioritizing them properly.
• Bilingual: must communicate easily in English (requirement)
• Exceptional communication skills
