The Manitoba Emergency Services College (MESC) under the Office of the Fire Commissioner is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the role of College Registrar based out of Brandon, MB. The position will be responsible for coordinating the effective delivery of all aspects of student services and for managing, co-ordinating and supervising a group of employees who provide day-to-day administrative support functions to the Office of the Fire Commissioner in Brandon.

- Strong interpersonal relations skills for establishing solid working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to exercise judgment and decision-making skills on moderately complex administrative issues
- Profiency in Microsoft Office suite notably Excel, Powerpoint and Word programs
- Ability to work independently with minimum direction
- Strong verbal communication skills for articulating ideas and concepts
- Strong written communication skills for preparing office correspondence
- Experience working with confidential and highly sensitive information
