What You’ll Be Doing

• Home visits are key – you will be expected to visit client homes to provide clinical assessments and implement their symptom and pain management treatments
• Provide client-centered care according to the established care plans, to ensure that your client’s emotional, physical, comfort, safety and well-being needs are met.
• Observe and document client conditions according to Bayshore Home Care Standards
• Perform thorough assessments and implement nursing care plans in accordance with the CNO’s practice standards and Bayshore’s policies and procedures
• Complete other tasks as required
  

Job Qualification

Positions open to RPNs who have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a current registration with the provincial licensing body. New grads welcome to apply!

• Certified as Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) in good standing with CNO
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Comfortable working in community care setting
• Experience providing Palliative care in community setting is an asset
• Strong ethical and clinical practices
• Willing to travel within work region
