Stittco Energy is currently hiring a Regional Administrator II for our Flin Flon, Manitoba location.

The Regional Administrator II is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of invoices and customer payments, coordinating bank deposits, tracking (propane and non-Propane) inventory, and other general duties as required.

This is a full-time position reporting directly to the Market Manager.

Role Specific Responsibilities

  • Provide direct sales to storefront customers.
  • Answering customer enquiries, responding to requests, and escalating when customer support is needed.
  • Collect, accurately code and distribute, accounts payables for approval. Obtain information from the supplier as required.
  • Respond to vendor questions and inquires regarding payment status.
  • Data entry of invoice coding.
  • Reconcile payments processed to customer invoices and update customer accounts information and balances. Investigate discrepancies as required.
  • Resolve customer billing inquiries, questions and disputes by providing supporting documentation.
  • Liase with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues.
  • Trace missing payments and provide documentation to support payments. Adjust or update payment information and follow up with internal stakeholders and customers as required.
  • Support the accounts receivable department and assist with resolution and/or collection as needed.
  • Count and monitor inventory levels (propane and non-propane) and identify variances.
  • Fixed asset recording and reporting.
  • Reporting daily volumes to Company database.
  • Accurate and timely handling of cash, including preparation of bank deposits, reconciling payments, deposit or forward payments.
  • Balance payments for month end reporting.
  • Provide general administrative support including paper flow, filing, file maintenance and ordering stationary, uniforms, protective gear, and other supplies.

Education and Experience

  • Grade 12. Preference given to candidates with training in business and data administration.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience.
  • Proven skills in working with Microsoft products, including Outlook.
  • Detail oriented, with demonstrated skills in data entry.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and collaborate as needed.
  • Able to function effectively in a fast paced environment.
  • Fluency in French, written and verbal, is an asset.
