Job Functions, Duties, Responsibilities And Position Qualifications

• Responsible for scanning documents into the Sceris database.
• Will learn all aspects of scanner set up and operation.
• Will use the OCR for AnyDoc scanning software to index documents before committing batches to Sceris.
• Will learn all aspects of the AnyDoc software, including importing, extracting and committing batches.
• Responsible for document sorting and preparation before scanning.
• Will use Archive QC reporting system to run daily QA reports showing reqs not scanned into Sceris, as well as documents scanned into Sceris that are not entered in Misys.
• Follows up with other departments to track down unscanned reqs so that they can be scanned into the database.
• Scans documents directly into Sceris using the Sceris scanning module.
• Indexes all reqs scanned into our import folder by remote locations.
• Typing, 35 wpm, must be able to lift 50 lbs
