Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Purchasing Agent on a permanent basis at our Co-op Refinery Complex in Regina, Saskatchewan.

What you’ll do:


This position is responsible for handling routine service procurement as well as purchasing transactions for goods and maintenance of inventories of materials, equipment, supplies, and products required by the Co-op Refinery Complex.

  • You will provide procurement of parts, consumables and supplies
  • You will work with internal and external stakeholders to determine supply needs, quality and delivery requirements
  • You will be responsible for administering supplier and contractor information and building supplier relationships

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Supply Chain and:

  • You have a Degree or Diploma in Business or Supply Chain
  • You have a minimum of 3 years or related experience in the oil and gas industry or an industrial related field (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered)
  • You’re familiar with procurement, logistics and inventory management
  • You’re honest and trustworthy, are results oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
  • You believe in collaboration, building relationships and value the perspectives of others.
