We need a Property Manager. We have many clients who buy rental properties as investments and they need them managed. Everything from finding the tenant to collecting rent to billing and everything in between. This isn’t a job, it’s a career. Commission expectations have the potential to grow into the hundreds of thousands. Only serious and eager applicants should apply.

About You

• High level communication skills
• Highly developed problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Strong computer skills
• Knowledge of the Residential Tanancies Act (RTA)
• Ability to organize and manage projects and multiple tasks

Your Experience

• Property Management
• QuickBooks (an asset)
• Salesforce (an asset)
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving

What are your responsibilities?

It’s simple... find good tenants, collect the rent, manage the property, that’s it!

Specific Responsibilities include:

• Post the ads
• Do the tours
• Find the tenants
• Vet the tenants
• Move them in
• Collect the rent
• Keep them happy
• Make sure the house doesn’t fall down

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 per year

• London, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

• Property management: 3 years (required)
