Epic Alliance Inc. is looking for an amazing person to join our team. We are a Real Estate Investment company that specializes in rental properties. Epic is in a constant rate of growth that puts us in a pivot and adapt mode which makes for incredible journeys of entrepreneurism.

How does pairing with an Epic team sound? If this sounds appealing to you, then guess what...EA Properties is hiring. Yup, we are looking for a Property Care Specialist. So what is a Property Care Specialist, you might ask? It’s a kick a@% person who cares about our properties and the special people we put in them. So basically you must be able to collect rent from tenants, monitor properties and care about the properties like you own them. Some days it will feel like you are a glorified babysitter. In reality, the big picture is you are a specialist at placing people in Safe, Sound and Secure properties. Where will these opportunities take place...all over Saskatoon. So if you can’t drive yourself around Saskatoon, in all neighborhoods...do not apply!!

Principal Responsibilities

-finding and selecting qualified tenants

-keep properties occupied with qualified tenants through advertising

-ensure properties are in good working order

-marketing (Facebook, Kijiji, etc.)
-lead follow up
-set up property viewings for prospective tenants

-excellent tenant relations
-deliver onboard training to new tenants
-collects deposits and rents
-enforce terms of rental agreements
-resolve tenant complaints
-oversee eviction proceedings, if necessary, including attendance at court proceedings

Facilities management
-schedule maintenance and repairs
-regularly inspect properties to ensure good working order
-quickly resolve emergency maintenance issues

Knowledge and Skills Required

-familiarity or ability to learn applicable local and provincial laws and regulations
-strong interpersonal and business communication skills
-ability to use a cell phone and tablet
-must be very organized and able to work as a team member
-physically capable of small repairs, climbing stairs and lots of walking
-knowledge of Saskatoon streets and neighborhoods would be an asset
-ability to fill out government documents
-MUST have a valid driver’s license and MUST have your own vehicle

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $30,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • On call
  • Weekends
