Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:

As the Project Manager, you will partner closely with multiple stakeholders throughout the organization to support the evolution and management of the Go-to-Market process. Your strong project management skills will enable the successful delivery of cross-functional projects that touch multiple functions and milestones across our end-to-end product creation process. You also help to identify process improvements to help maximize efficiency and help the team in achieving business targets.

This role is based in our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

Meet Your Future Team:

The Product Operations team optimizes the intersection of product, supporting through cross-functional teams to improve alignment, communication, and processes around the product. We build a foundation for excellence through reinforcing product strategy with metrics, infrastructure, business processes, best practices, budgeting and reporting.

If you were a Project Manager, Product Operations, now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

  • Managing various end-to-end projects and Go-To-Market calendars, ensuring all deliverables are monitored and executed on time
  • Defining project scope, goals and deliverables based on business needs
  • Leading large scale process improvements in partnership with the Inline Product Operations Specialist to maximize efficiency within the Go-To-Market calendar
  • Supporting the implementation of cross-functional SOPs and process mapping using standard templates
  • Building close relationships with business partners and supporting change management initiatives and stakeholder engagement
  • Recommending new processes, process flows, tools or systems solutions that are aligned with company goals
  • Managing cross-functional meetings and preparing agendas as needed
  • Acting as a point of contact for general related operational requests
  • Maintaining user guides and online help tools
  • Linking cross departmental processes to the Go-to-Market Calendar and providing recommendations on improvements based on holistic understanding of cross-functional operations
  • Collaborating with the Product Operations Specialists to ensure process consistency and alignment throughout the organization
  • Prepare other process documentation as needed

  • You have 3+ years’ experience managing projects in a cross-functional environment

  • You have the ability to explain, articulate, and document concepts, business processes, systems and business requirements efficiently
  • You have confidence in communicating and collaborating amongst large and diverse audiences

  • You have a willingness to improve your skills independently in new technologies and solutions
