The Project Manager will be directly involved in managing a variety of projects including but not limited to training or courseware development, software implementations, application development and client-facing projects. The role will require coordinating with a sizeable cross-functional team that includes engineers, data analysts, business analysts, subject matter experts, customer operation team members, sales representative, clients, learning partners, and external vendors.
This position is not eligible for relocation assistance nor visa sponsorship.
Must reside in the United States (NY or San Francisco), UK (London) or Canada (Toronto )
  • Manage and execute a cross-functional project that has visibility and business impact
  • Develop an actionable project plan, get “buy-in” from key stakeholders and drive the project to completion, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines, serving as a point of contact to ensure teams remain in synergy, performing quality control to maintain the standards expected, and adjusting schedules and targets as needed
  • Facilitate sizeable cross-functional team meetings within the organization to achieve goals
  • Investigate, diagnose and help resolve issues that impede the project from moving forward
  • Update senior management, stakeholders, and group leaders on a regular basis
  • 3-5 years of related project management experience (PMP, CAPM and/or SCM qualification is a plus)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and planning ability
  • Strong attention to detail in all aspects of planning and execution
  • Process oriented mind-set with a demonstrated history of achievement
  • Must be a critical thinker and a self-starter
  • Proven ability to understand the needs of an organization, identify creative solutions and bring about change.
  • Familiarity with adult learning and development
  • Ability to logically identify the root cause of problems and get to resolution quickly and efficiently
  • Ability to be flexible, adaptable and work in a fast-paced environment as a team player.
  • Strong familiarity with the Agile approach, project management software (Workfront) and Microsoft suite of tools
  • Must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree
  • Experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO) is a plus
  • This position requires coordination among team members across the globe, candidate must be flexible working outside of normal business hours when required.
  • Fluency in English required.
