Program Coordinator

Our company, Machtech Telecommunications Inc. is currently looking for a competent Program Coordinator to undertake a variety of management and coordination tasks. He/she will contribute to the management of personnel, ensure the planning and the organization of the programs and ensure the execution of significant operational tasks. The candidate must be organized and have a sense of detail, and be able to work with different teams. If you have other expertise in program development and in human resources, we would like to meet you. Your goal will be to facilitate the effective management of programs according to the standards of the organization and the various clients. The candidate is required to have excellent knowledge of the Office Suite and be perfectly bilingual. The candidate must be able to work with clients, be autonomous, organized and reliable.

Main tasks and functions :

Follow up with our customers on the progress of the work and ensure a great customer service.

Ensure good communication between operations and the various intervenors.

Redistribute work tasks when the work volumes fluctuate in the different sectors.

Ensure multi-functionality in the department’s available workforce to ensure the proper functioning and achievement of program objectives.

Ensure the management, the coordination and the progress of all projects of the different programs with very short deadlines are respected.

Ensure the proper functioning of project reconciliation to allow for proper billing.

Ensure that all our administrative structures meet the different needs of all the different programs.

Ensure that our various databases are up to date and reflect the reality and that they are in-line with the databases of our various clients.

Ensure the proper operation of the work relationship and therefore ensure a good and safe work climate.

Ensure the follow-up of the absenteeism rate and follow-up of the requests for vacations.

Ensure that all the department’s employees are up to date in their training.

Requirements :

At least 3 years experience in a similar position.

Experience in personnel management.

Excellent management and project coordination skills.

Results-driven.

Organized, self-motivated and able to work as a team member or independently.

Knowledge of Office Suite applications and project tracking software.

Excellent communication skills in English and French with the staff in the various Canadian provinces

Able to work under pressure.

Asset:

Experience in telecommunications and/or construction;

Mastery of CRM software
