About the Role:.
Are you an experienced creative project manager with a strong awareness of social content best practices? Are you passionate about leading the execution of data-driven influencer marketing campaign strategies for lifestyle focused brands? Do have the ability to balance strong personalities and evolving priorities ultimately resulting in strong performance of campaigns? Reporting to the Manager of Branded Content at Kin, the Branded Content Project Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing creative execution, adhering to timelines and successful completion of all client content marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of the execution process on assigned projects: define project steps, tasks, requirements against agreements, track timelines and milestones, etc.
- Manage Kin creators, Clients and Agencies, through the execution process and provide outstanding client service to both parties
- Attend brainstorms and help ideate creative strategy for clients
- Schedule and monitor paid media on campaigns, with the help of the media team
- Develop post reports to share campaign learnings and obtain renewal business
- Create production agreements and creator agreements
- When required, hire and manage the crew involved in developing Kin assets (graphics, shooter, editor, etc.)
- Attend and manage shoots when required
- When required, write scripts and produce all Kin-created ad campaigns
About You
What We Need From You:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising or project management
- Post-secondary education in marketing, advertising or related field
- Passion for and knowledge of influencer branded content and marketing strategy
- Strong understanding of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, digital landscape, and influencer business
- Well organized and strong attention to detail
- Creative with a passion for marketing and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- French is an asset

- Excellent creative problem solver, ability to ensure a fine balance between client messaging and the creative format and effectively problem solve solutions to maintain that
- Proven ability to influence and secure client confidence in meetings and during shoots
- Excellent communicator, capable of representing Kin at public forums.
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external partners.
- Be a team player willing to assist the sales team as projects arise
