Position: Production Coordinator, TSN Brand Partnerships, Bell Media

Location: Agincourt. ON

Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week. Overtime as required

Responsibilities:

To assist in the development and delivery of exceptional partner media services, as it pertains to traditional and non-traditional revenue generation. Ensure our creative is “premium” every step of the way during production, including contributing to:

• Administrative support in the development and execution of creative media solutions for our partners
• Coordinating and organizing internal and external stakeholders throughout various executions
• Assist in supporting client management throughout the full pre to post sale process
• Sourcing footage from the Bell video database as required
• Communicating with the Sales team and clients about ongoing projects and productions as required
• Ensure legal guidelines are met for all production
• Deliver media to spec and on-time
• Ensuring quality and technical specifications are met for all assets
• Assist in processing invoices and expenses for Brand Partnerships jobs
• Preparation of administrative process documents
• Collaborate with TSN Traffic and Production teams to ensure on-air assets are accurate and executed
• Other duties as required

Qualifications:

• Strong passion and knowledge of sports in Canada and globally
• A post-secondary degree or diploma in broadcast journalism, television production or a related field
• Passion for building brands, and selling through your ideas
• Passion for creativity and innovative thinking
• Experience in field production and show production
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
• The ability to adapt well under pressure and to work in a fast paced environment
• Flexible in approach/ attitude to succeed in an ever-evolving and challenging role

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
