Please note the following Roles and Responsibilities for this position which includes but is not limited to:

• Assists in the flow of production
• Maintain shop cleanliness
• Work with Estimator Team daily
• Production related urgency and flow
• Help assign work to technicians
• Help moving vehicles
• Quality control the entire repair process
• Organize sublet work if required
• Assist running production meetings/update assist staff with vehicle status
• Assist/direct parts department
• Assist in planning and directing technicians for best efficiency
• Other duties as assigned by Production Manager/Assistant Manager/General Manager.

An ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate some if not all the following qualifications:

• Auto body experience an asset
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
• Working knowledge of computers
