Our Project Controls Group in St. John’s, NL is now looking for a Planner (Scheduler) to join the team.

What will you be doing?

Developing and maintaining various plans including overall project plans, milestone plan, 21 day, 90 day, turnaround and daily plans (as required) Monitor and control detailed task schedules Incorporate project changes into task schedules Attend schedule kick-off and progress meetings Monitor and analyze project progress Establish and maintain internal and external reporting Identify trends, conflicts, risks and opportunities that will impact execution schedule and deliverables Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction on all matters related to schedule activities and assisting them in determining schedule priorities, resource allocation, and critical path analysis Liaise with Client and provide support

We Think You Should Have

Post-secondary diploma or degree in an engineering or technical discipline, or a combination of relevant education and experience Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in an engineering or construction environment Knowledgeable in scheduling methods and procedures related to project work Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office applications
