A little about us,

Cazza Petite caters primarily to the fashion forward woman 5’4" and under. However, we do carry a selection of regular sizes as well. We pride ourselves on being leaders in fashion consulting and ensure each fashion advisor offers honest and knowledgeable advice and suggestions when helping build our clients wardrobes.

The position is located in a new store opening at MicMac Mall, Dartmouth, NS.

Primary Job Responsibilities include: Connect with customers in a fashion retail environment. Give fashion advice, help wardrobe and suggest styles that fit their needs.

Supervise the team and work closely with the store manager and assistant on creating a welcoming and productive clothing boutique.

Be creative with visual displays of clothing & accessories. At Cazza Petite, we don’t have planned floorsets. We want your creativity to really shine and each stores team helps create their own unique representation of what Cazza Petite is to them and their customer.

Qualifications: 2 or more years sales and supervisory experience.
