We are accredited by Accreditation Canada and we help our clients live in the moments that matter and build better lives by providing them with great health care and respecting their choices and needs.

We are currently looking for someone to join our wonderful Prince George team as a Client Care Coordinator on a part-time bases. The Client Care Coordinator is a dynamic role that will be involved closely with our HR and Nursing teams and will focus on providing the best possible service to our clients.

The office hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday.

The Duties Of This Role May Include

• Being part of the scheduling team
• Working collaboratively with the Nursing and HR teams
• Participating in quality assurance initiatives
• Promoting excellence in customer service
• Fostering a positive office culture and team environment
• Receiving incoming phone calls from clients and employees
• Handling client files
• Entering client information into our online systems
• Coordinating client schedules
• Being part of the after hours on-call rotation
  

The Ideal Candidate

• Will have strong communication and technical skills
• Will have experience working in an office
• May have experience with or knowledge of home care, but this is not a requirement
• Will display an upbeat attitude and be a team player with a focus on clear communication. They will share our goal of providing the best possible care to our clients while respecting people, choices, and needs.
