About this Role

Our Outbound Call Center Agent act as key players who reflect our brand by being the first point of contact with our international customers. They are experts in building strong customer relationships by following up with our customers to ensure that they are satisfied with our services and offer advice on additional services to meet their lifestyle needs. This includes pitching home internet bundles, or an upgrade offer on their existing plan to a 2-year contract. Most of all they are strong team players who demonstrate a high level of energy and support each other to meet monthly objectives and strive as a team.

In this role you will:

• Maintain customer loyalty
• Conduct post sales follow up
• Ensure satisfaction of existing customers and offer additional services to meet their daily needs
• Be able to pitch home internet
• Upgrade or add a new line to existing customer contracts
• Convert services to a 2-year contract to maintain customer loyalty
• Languages spoken: Hindi / Punjabi/ Gujarati
• Must be fluent in English

Would be good to have

• Strong sales experience
• Have some customer service experience
• Have some leadership experiences

Expected start date: 2021-09-09

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
