We’re looking for someone who can join our team of professionals to help solve some of our clients’ most critical problems.

By harnessing the power of Oracle Cloud technology, we can help transform an organization through the latest social, mobile, ERP, HCM, and EPM solutions. As a Gold-level member of the Oracle Partner Network, our Oracle Cloud professionals reduce cost and support innovation at the enterprise level by managing business requirements and leading the functional design, prototyping, and process design stages of Oracle Cloud implementations. Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients, sponsors, project managers, and team members.
• Delivery: Manage and deliver client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies. Responsible for the identification of business requirements including functional and technical design, process design, solution configuration and integration, testing, training, and providing post-go-live support.
• Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with decision-makers at key clients; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies.
• People Development: Perform the role of a mentor; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery team members and staff.
• Eminence: Develop thought leadership to share insights and points of view with existing and potential clients.

Qualifications

Required

• Functional professional with examples of major contributions to Oracle Cloud or on-premise EPM implementation initiatives.
• Minimum 2 years of full end-to-end life cycle experience with hands-on configuration of Oracle EPM projects (this includes FCCS, ARCS, EPBCS, PCMCS, EPRCS, EDMCS, OTRCS, or on-premise equivalent applications).
• Experience with technical aspects of Essbase (BSO/ASO), including a good understanding of Essbase Calculation Script.
• Demonstrated experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, prototypes, functional configuration, testing, client user training.
• Experience reporting to senior client contacts
• Limited Travel Required (Project Milestone Travel)
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business with specializations in Finance, Accounting, or Management Information Systems).

Preferred

• Experience in complex, international, multi-currency, and multi-organization implementations.
  
• 1-2+ years of consulting experience which includes contributing to requests for proposals (RFP), detailing the scope of work (SOW).
• Holds certifications/specializations for implementation of Oracle Cloud EPM applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments within a structured implementation methodology.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).
• Experience and interest in various programming languages (VBA, Python, SQL, BAT, BSH, Groovy, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
• Commitment to gaining exposure in multiple industries.
• Experience mentoring and training fellow staff and clients on functional and technical topics of the Oracle EPM product suite.

Location

Our offices are in Toronto, Mississauga, Calgary and Kansas, but we are open to candidates from across Canada and the U.S.A. as we give our staff the flexibility to work remotely.
