Position Summary

We are searching for a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our team. Our Onsite Technicians play a vital role in the quality of our products by providing technical support and advice to our sales team, offering excellent customer service/field support, as well as install, assess, and repair equipment. Efficiency and precision are of utmost importance and each team member makes a fundamental contribution. Duties And Responsibilities

• Installing, configuring and upgrading operating systems, software and hardware
• Diagnosing, repairing, replacing and testing electronic equipment
• Strong ability to troubleshoot software and hardware (specifically PC’s and notebooks)
• Provide field support / customer service
• Climb, Lift and occasional heavy physical effort (of up to 60 lbs)
• Occasional extended hours (including weekends)
• Manage customers IT assets as they are being removed from customer site, which includes capturing of serial number, model number, and other components
• Onsite data destruction through shredding, crushing, wiping
• Other warehouse duties, including data wipe station, receiving station, etc
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma and related experience
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience
• Speak, read and write in English
• Strong attention to detail, and the ability to process information quickly and accurately
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, operate under some pressure
• Must provide Criminal Background Check
• Must have G license and be willing to drive a truck or van
• D license preferred
• A+ Certification preferred
