Job Information:

Our Burnaby office is looking for a highly organized candidate to fulfill the role of Office administrator.

Administrative or sales coordination experience would be considered an asset. If you are able to work in a high-volume environment, and eager to be part of a successful team, please apply for this position.

Responsibilities:

· Answering the phone, assigning incoming sales leads, distributing mail, ordering office supplies, coordinate FedEx courier for all BC offices and contractors, building maintenance issues

· Provide full sales support to a small group of sales executives

· Manage all media campaigns for this team - including generating new client contracts, revising contracts, prepare production work orders and shipping instructions, coordinate posting/traffic instructions

· Liaise with multiple internal departments including Charting, Production and Operations

· Correspond daily with sales executives to ensure campaign delivery

· Act as backup for other coordinators in the Pacific Region

· Monitor BC Operations email to create tickets, update existing tickets, liaise with sales executives on outstanding issues

· Go through daily reports from Vancouver contractor and update tickets in our online system

· Create work orders for maintenance issues

· Make tickets for digital screen issues

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Sales, sales support or administrative experience is an asset

· Work as a team member and individually

· Extremely well organized with a high attention to detail

· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

· Trained on Microsoft Office products is an asset

· Embrace change and is a fast learner
