We are expanding and looking for an Office assistant to help us with the company’s growing demand. To keep our promise to provide the highest level of service to our clients. We are looking for an articulate assistant who will be helping us in the following duties:

Previous experience in customer service is an asset; strong comprehension and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, general typing and computer skills, and the ability to follow a survey outline are a must.

Summary

Reporting to the Executive Vice President and the Office Coordinator. This individual is responsible for all activities in the office area, and executes tasks in accordance with company policies and procedures, adhering to & Conduct. The incumbent performs administrative and clerical duties:

Essential Functions

Execution

  • Handles customer complaints
  • Performs Equity Check
  • Performs Registering Lean and Capture Rottessa Payments
  • Handling Telelink software with regards to customer issues.
  • Payment check on Equifax
  • Working alongside the VP to handle Legal matters with - Legal Shield
  • Handling TPV as a backup

Planning and Process

  • Administer office meeting room calendar and schedule.
  • Working on Slack and Asana to make sure there is a proper flow of communication and the task at hand is executed.

Salary: $36,000.00-$38,000.00 per year

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
