Our client, a global medical devices/pharmaceutical innovator, is currently looking to hire a full-time, permanent Office Administrator (Mon to Fri, 5 days a week/onsite) for their office based in Vaughan, ON. We are looking for someone with office administration and customer service experience for this opportunity. The incumbent needs to be highly organized and self-motivated, as he or she will be responsible for providing support to the management team to work effectively, handling all clerical accountabilities.

Accountabilities
  • Manage all phone calls, correspondence, and inquiries for different stakeholders
  • Maintain an organized filing system with documentation of purchases, schedules, forecasts, reports, and tracking logs
  • Monitor and maintain the day-to-day office budgets and/or expenses (including ensuring regular replenishment of office products and/or supplies)
  • Lead all incoming and outgoing inventory inspection and processing
  • Oversee all bank deposits and invoicing

Requirements
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, manager, and/or relevant role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the aptitude to multitask
  • Must have purchase order and vendor management experience
  • SAP experience is considered an asset
  • Proficient with MS Office (i.e., Word, Excel, etc.)
