We are looking for a Part-time Night Shift Coordinator to work Evenings at our Insulation Plant. The position will lead to full time. We offer great benefits after 3 months of employment which includes 100% dental, medical and vision. The hours are 3pm to 1130pm.

On a daily basis , you will coordinate employees during your shift and make sure that they are motivated to work effectively, over see production and do testing & equipment check.

Responsibility:

• Supervise employees, coordinating schedules, monitoring work flow and resolving problems
• Assign duties to employees and over see production
• Train new workers
• Provide guidance and feedback to employees when needed
• Ensure all employees are wearing their PPE
• Must be able to work on line when needed
• Resolve conflicts between employees
• Keep Track of daily inventory and trailer manifest
• Data entry
• Testing/lab results
• Maintenance/Facility Checklists

Requirements:

• Previous Supervisor Experience, but willing to train the right individual
• Comprehensive knowledge of basic software, such as word & excel
• The ability to meet the physical demand of the job, such as standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects
• Working well within a team
• Ability to multitask
• Leadership and conflict management skills
• Able to work in hot/cold and dusty environment
• High school Diploma required
