BURNCO is hiring experienced Mixer Drivers for our Canmore, Alberta Ready Mix division. We are looking for individuals who are highly motivated, excellent at communicating with customers and team members, and can drive change while taking pride in their high-quality workmanship and ability to get things done in a timely and effective manner.

What You Will Be Doing

• Operate a Ready Mix Truck in urban areas and tight construction sites
• Routine equipment maintenance
• Contribute to keeping locations in and around the plant clean and hazardous free
• Learn our company safety protocol in order to execute work safely

What We Would Like From You

• Class 1 or Class 3 CDL with air brake endorsement
• Clean Drivers Abstract
• Concrete Mixer Truck driving experience preferred
• A high school diploma is preferred
• Must be mechanically inclined
• City driving experience
• The ability to drive standard or manual transmission
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, and be available on short notice
• Ability to successfully pass our pre-employment testing
• Eligibility to join the BURNCO Employees Association (BEA) for Canmore, Alberta

IMPORTANT: As a safety sensitive position, it is a condition of employment that selected candidate successfully pass comprehensive pre-employment testing that includes a Background Check, a Drug and Alcohol screen and Fitness to Work testing. Please note that we have a zero tolerance policy for any Cannabis derived products regardless of use frequency or purpose.
