We are looking for an innovative and experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our expanding Marketing team. The right candidate will have an established track record of hands-on marketing automation and operations management experience within a rapidly growing company or digital marketing agency. Our ideal candidate will develop marketing automation programs and manage end-to-end optimization and governance of marketing processes for StackAdapt. You will ensure that our technology and automation stack is properly integrated and effectively operated while managing the goal setting process, supporting campaign managers to optimize funnels, monitoring the proper tracking of data, producing and distributing reports and helping members of the marketing team apply insights as they are uncovered. You will be consulted and offered the chance to provide feedback and recommendations on major decisions within Marketing. Working with Business Ops, you will lead the investigation, qualification, shortlisting and selection process for tools and services that are added to the StackAdapt Martech stack.

What you’ll be doing:

    • Marketing campaign goal setting
    • Optimizing campaign funnels
    • Designing campaigns in Pardot and SFDC and ensuring proper attribution and reporting through Bizible
    • Establishing proper data hygiene, cleansing data stores and monitoring proper tracking of data
    • Analyzing and reporting data then presenting findings and recommendations
    • Leading audience segmentation and buyer persona projects
    • Evaluating and proposing lead scoring optimizations
    • Working with other members of the Marketing team to design and validate customer journeys
    • Launching and executing on projects to capitalize on insights as they are uncovered
    • Investigating, qualifying, shortlisting and selecting martech tools and services with Business Ops
    • Annual StackAdapt brand research quantifying our level of unaided/aided brand awareness, consideration and preference as well as recognition of our desired brand attributes
    • Opportunity to help manage budgets depending on experience
    • Opportunity to help manage or directly manage scheduling based on experience

We’ll be reaching out to applicants that have:

    • 5- 7 years experience in marketing automation/ops roles with specific success stories to share
    • Direct experience managing digital marketing campaigns within Pardot and Salesforce CRM
    • Operational experience blueprinting and monitoring marketing campaigns with appropriate configuration and integration
    • Operational experience managing datasets and ensuring environment is prepared for marketing use and segmentation
    • Excellent project management skills
    • Experience working in a fast-moving startup environment
    • Superb attention to detail and time management skills with a sense of accountability for your work
    • Research experience is preferred
